In the name of Aishwarya / Presidency developers company, over a period of last 4-5 years have duped more then 430 investors in various land projects around Bangalore, Mysore, Coimbatore and various places in Karanataka.
There are many commitments done by these developers in last 4 years to investors like
- Substitute with site in other project
- Refund of money
- Registration of site in next 6 months and 8 months
- Refund of money in six installments
- Refund Cheques (which got bounced multiple times)
But they have failed to keep even a single commitment and as per today they have to refund back to more then 450 investors which amounts to more then 20 crores and with interest it should be more then 50 crores.

Now there is new police commissioner in bangalore. Under former police commissioner no action has been taken on these cheaters, even the case was handed over to CCB. It is better to move the new police commissioner again. Going individually to commissioner would help even though a common group complaint may have been lodged to the new commissioner. we must do every thing to jail these cheaters. V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R reddy deserve to be in jail for cheating so many. Police must immediately confiscate all their properties and put these two cheaters and their followers behind bars.

Today on 8th June CCB police have taken T.R Reddy into custody at his Apartment in Jayanagar. Police collected all valuables worth more than 5000 Rs/- from T.R Reddy, along with the property documents and also gold from his wife. V.Bhaskar Reddy is absconding. Police are on the look out.
Both V.Bhaskar Reddy and T.R Reddy are in CCB custody today. Today V.Bhaskar Reddy have been traced and arrested by CCB police. Please go ahead and make sure that the cases are strong now and demand for confiscation of their properties and to get your money back. Also make sure all court warrants are served and also make sure they are kept in custody until the court cases are settled.
It is T.R Reddy who is in CCB custody. They have produced him in court, and his bail petition has been rejected. Now he will be in police custody until 24th june 2011. V.Bhaskar Reddy is still absconding and on the run.
They should be severely punished, so that others will not dare to do such tactis of playing with public money.I am also one of the sufferer of AIshwarya Developers.
Today, Bangalore CCB police have arrested V.Bhaskar Reddy in Mysore. They are bringing him to Bangalore. All victims make sure he is not let free again. Approach Mr. Srinivas at CCB police station in Market area. Perhaps V.Bhaskar Reddy will be braught to CCB office in next 3 to 4 hours.
V.Bhaskar Reddy has been arrested in Mysore and now brought to Bangalore. He is now in CCB police custody. He will be produced in court today. He may stay in CCB custody for 3 days.
V.Bhaskar Reddy is presently in Agrahara jail. His case is coming for hearing this evening at 3.0pm. The CCB did not secure his custody. If he gets bail, he will again go free and people who have arrest warrants on him, have to go to this jail to secure his arrest. Otherwise, the victims have to continue to suffer as he will not attend their cases as usual.
Right now CCB police are asking for V.Bhaskar Reddys’ custody, in the court at 3.0ppm and we have to wait and see what the judge says. Judge said, they have not asked for bail. It is time for the victims who got their cheques bounced to get the custody of this man. V.Bhaskar Reddy’s harassment of the customers is still continuing. His attitude towards customers is still cruel even after landing in jail.

I invested about 8.5 lakhs along with myhusband Mr Arun Kumar, sister and brother-in-law (Mrs Dharini and Sri Vinayak Desai. We have been taken for a ride by Reddy bros. and their executives Mr Srinivas, Mr Venkatesh, Mr Shekhar, Mr Anand and a lady who appeared to preach a lot of religion and philosophy and who is absconding to Mysore. She is from Chamrajper and her husband supposed to be in Air Force.
When enquired they were either on Holiday or a trip to Shirdi, at the cost of investors. I complained at the Mahalaxmi Layout Police Station and later it was transfered to CCB near Cottonpet. The officers at CCB are most careless when it comes to reply to the aggrieved parties, they treat us as tho’ we were criminals. I have a serious doubt regarding their motive. Last year, March 2013 I went with an agreement to buy the property with initial 25% booking on the property in Bangalore near Chandapura. They said few are unreleased and within 2 months it will be in release mode but you can book, so booked it. Till now its not released and they are pressuring to go for registration as BMRDA is asking more money or meetings with them will take some more time. I had talk with the Amoda team and they are demanding another 25% amount (total of 50%) as they are in less fund to develop or they are ready to refund. I got to know that since the price have gone higher they have strategy to take back and sell at current price. When asked for refund they will be giving back the amount whatever we had given without paying any extra amount.
They are earning profit with customer amount and this is not the first time and earlier properties were also had similar issues ! not sure. Aishwarya properties V. Bhaskar Readdy and B.H Bhaskar Reddy is same?
